Draft Rules

The following nine links provide electronic access to drafts of Chapters 1 through 9 of the Commission’s rules, complete with proposed changes shown in strikethrough/underline format.  These same documents will serve as the basis for both emergency and regular rules submitted for promulgation in late 2009 and early 2010.  Promulgation of the regular rules will, of course, include a public comment period.  Once the rules submissions are posted on the Secretary of State’s web-site, these drafts will be replaced by one or more links to the Secretary of State’s web-site.  Should you have any questions, please contact the Commission’s Deputy Director and Chief Financial Officer, Matt Petry, at mpetry@commission.wcc.edu.
