The majority of variable cost funding is allocated by the use of enrolled, weighted credit hours. By fiscal-year 2020, the percentage of this metric will decrease to 50 percent.
Progress

A portion of variable cost funding is allocated by the use of successfully completed, weighted credit hours. By fiscal-year 2020, the percentage of this metric will increase to as much as 20 percent but no less than 15 percent.
Performance

A portion of variable cost funding is allocated by use of weighted degrees and certificates. By fiscal-year 2020, the percentage of this metric will increase to as much as 20 percent, but no less than 15 percent.
Placement

A portion of variable cost funding is allocated by use of transfer to a four-year institution or employment in the student's field of study. By fiscal-year 2020, the percentage of this metric will increase to as much as 20 percent, but no less than 15 percent.
Through the effort and dedication of the seven community colleges and the WCCC, the Wyoming community college system will continually increase the number and percentage of Wyoming residents who possess a degree or high-value postsecondary certificate, and by 2022 be a national leader in providing students with opportunities for personal growth through an exemplary, cost-effective education.
